@comcastcares Thanks JPW for scheduling a tech to come repair the cut coax cable and giving me hotspot access so I can get online until a technician arrives. Perfect solution without throwing money at a customer with a connection issue. Good job @Xfinity

@Xfinity I was hung up on 3 times by moderator that listens in on automated system. I want them fired immediately. Then they refused to take my call at all. Is this how you treat customers that have had your service consistently for years.

@comcast @Xfinity Why is it your companies suck so much? I'm on my day off, minding my own business and my network goes down. Through no help of your own, I had to reboot just to get back online. Take a page out of @OnPointCU 's book. They most definitely do not suck. Learn!
