The experience in this @Xfinity store is horrible. 3620 Camp Creek Pkwy Suite 200, Atlanta, GA 30331 needs an management staff that’s customer driver. The staff is just way too lax. #Avoid.

@JoyceCarolOates @aplindurrrr Just cancel them and go with YouTube TV. They have most everything Comcast offers, with far better mobile viewing services too. I cut off DirecTV and haven’t missed it at all. Less cords and stuff too.

@Xfinity does not care about customer service at all. They offered me a $20 credit for the 5.5 hours I have been waiting on hold or with someone on their app. No one can make decisions. #disrespectful #insulting

@comcast @Xfinity Why is it your companies suck so much? I'm on my day off, minding my own business and my network goes down. Through no help of your own, I had to reboot just to get back online. Take a page out of @OnPointCU 's book. They most definitely do not suck. Learn!

@comcastcares an hour on the phone because you won't stop sending me promotional emails after 6 months of calling support and unsubscribing multiple times. You finally make a level 2 support ticket and all they to is email me an article telling me to click unsubscribe.

@1PatriotForLife Colorado Springs, Internet and TV just came back after 40 minutes, the strange thing is usually when the internet goes down (Comcast) the TV will still play as long and you don't try to change channels, not this time.

@comcastcares Hi, I've spent more than an hour and a half trying to talk with a real person about my payment, which was held up by U.S. Postal Service issues. It was due Dec. 20 and was mailed Dec. 9, check #3220. You included a $10 late charge on my bill; I think it's unfair.

@comcastcares we have been dealing with xfinity cable box constantly resetting for the past month w/ no resolution in site. You won’t send a tech out & say there is an outage..for weeks. What gives? Crazy expensive service constantly unreliable. Can’t get a call back!
