@Xfinity has the WORST call customer service of all time. You spend 40 minutes screaming “speak to agent” into the phone only for them to keep on the automated system and keep texting you links and then just hangs up when you have no other options

@JohnBaldoni @comcast Cablevision is the same. I bought a Motorola mb7621 and installed it easily, saving $10 per month and improving the service a bit. my issue is living in the country where there isn't a fiber connection.
